Maintenance of hydraulic lifting platform

Dear users, first of all, thank you for trusting and choosing our hydraulic lifting platform. This paper mainly introduces the maintenance knowledge of the hydraulic lifting platform.

1. Drain and discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the connector, take out the oil filter, clean it with compressed air after cleaning, then put it back to the oil tank and connect the pipeline. (replace with new oil, do not continue to use old oil. Otherwise, the moving parts in the hydraulic lift system will accelerate wear.)

2. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve of the elevator, blow the plunger clean with compressed air, and then install it again.

3. Check all hydraulic pipes and joints. The pipeline shall not be damaged, the joints shall not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.

Elevator year end maintenance

1. Oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. Lift the whole process, in this position, the hydraulic floor should be 40 ~ 50 mm higher than the bottom of the box. If it is found that the hydraulic oil is dark, sticky or has gravel and other foreign matters, it should be replaced in time (32 hydraulic oil).

2. All parts are filled with some lubricating oil to extend the service life of elevator bearing. Check the roller, intermediate shaft and bearing of hydraulic elevator, pin shaft and bearing of oil cylinder, hinge shaft and bearing of boom for wear.

3. Between any parts of the hydraulic system, the pressure must be relieved first to avoid the pressure oil spraying out and the elevator worktable suddenly sliding down.

4. Do not adjust the relief valve arbitrarily. Every element in the hydraulic lift system works under specified pressure. If the relief valve is adjusted arbitrarily, it may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system.

5. When inspecting under the working platform of the lift, it is necessary to hang and support the working platform of the lift to prevent the lift from falling suddenly

6. It is not allowed to disassemble or connect electrical appliances by mistake.
