Safety instructions for operation of hydraulic platform truck

1. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or wrong connection.

2. When overhauling under the hydraulic platform vehicle, the lifting platform must be suspended and supported.

3. Do not adjust the relief valve arbitrarily. Every element in the hydraulic system works under the specified pressure. Arbitrary adjustment of relief valve may cause abnormal operation of hydraulic system.

4. The disassembly of any part in the hydraulic system must be carried out completely in the state of pressure relief. In order to avoid pressure oil spray, the worktable suddenly slide.

5. The goods carried by the hydraulic platform truck should be uniform, and the mechanical operation should be gentle and smooth

6. The hydraulic platform vehicle must be placed on a solid and flat ground to prevent it from tipping over during operation.

7. Press the "up" or "down" button to lift the worktable. If the worktable does not move, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

8. If the working pressure of the electric elevator is too high or the sound is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately for inspection to avoid damage to the equipment.

7. The outrigger must be supported according to the regulations before operation.

8. Outdoor operation is not allowed when the natural wind is greater than 6.

9. It is forbidden to work in the mobile elevator.

10. Live working at height is not allowed.

11. Do not work beyond the specified load.

12. It is strictly forbidden to change the lifting machinery without permission.

13. It is strictly forbidden to use on slopes.
